At the end of the process, the principal will review all evidence of effectiveness and ensure the process has been followed.  The principal will complete the Summative Evaluation Form which includes an overall qualitative proficiency level, a quantitative score and recommended stage for next year. The principal will document the teacher’s overall effectiveness rating (1-5).

The principal will hold a summative conference with the teacher.
